"The last time I released a single, it was called 'The Soldier' and was a twenty year project. 'Silhouettes' took only four years from the futon on Holsåkersvägen in Dala-Floda to a full fledged psychedelic folk rock epic with choirs, strings, organs and Andreas Dahlbäck behind the drums. 'This feels like Pink Floyd', said Dahlbäck, 'can I do a little Nick Mason accompaniment?'. The undersigned gave the thumbs up and there was the lifeblood of this song on the first take. Annika Järlestedt also contributes on backing vocals. Falu artist Stefan Jansson has contributed an absolutely delightful painting, which was taken from the same waking dream as the song itself. 'Silhouettes' is now available on Tidal, Qobuz and Bandcamp, among others.
