Faraways SWE

Faraways SWE's "Stagelights" is an old re-recorded song with a quite obvious late 60's, psych vibe that deals with some of our fears. Fear of ageing, fear of being in a dysfunctional relationship and stagefright. "Stagelights" is the 2nd single from Faraways SWE's upcoming album "Utopia Zoo" scheduled for release later in 2024.

Faraways SWE is a band that has been active since the 90’s, based around the 2 founding members Erik Holmberg on guitars and vocals, and Tomas Axelsson on bass, along with drummer and producer Tobias Walka, with contributions from peripheral musicians, lyricists and vocalists. Joined by their mutual love of 60’s and 70’s rock, fusion jazz, electronic music, folk, goth, psychedelia, americana and country music, they deliver a unique, but familiar blend of music.
